All of our beers follow the Germany Purity Law, which means malt, hops, water and yeast are all you’ll find in our beers. Well, that and deliciousness. To learn more, read about our Brewing Philosophy. In terms of our lineup, we've started out with three of our finest, the ENVY Amber, BLUR Texas Hefe, and NIGHTLIGHT Irish Stout. We loved the EPIC Hop Bock and apparently so did Austin, because it was gone quickly. Then came HOOLIGAN Hoppy Irish Red, which went even quicker(less than a month!). The NAMELESS Winter Amber managed to be a perfect winter warmer while staying in the confines of the German Purity Law(not an easy feat). Now our ALIBI Blonde is breaking onto the scene in a huge way and we have a feeling this one is here to stay. Stay tuned for more Circle brews to come, as we're working on the next seasonal, a Rye-Wheat-IPA...sounds good, huh?
On Tap in Austin
Envy is the perfect balance between malt and hops. Not too dry or too sweet, it is a full-bodied and complex beer without being overly heavy. The dried fruit notes that characterize the ale’s yeast profile conjure flavors reminiscent of a lighter version of an old-style English Extra Special Bitter. |
Blur is a perfect warm weather brew for Austin’s hottest summer months. This Texas twist on the old German wheat beer brings with it a hint of caramel to a crisp and refreshing style. The hint of citrus plays off the light and creamy body to create a beer that has no rival whether you enjoy it in the sun or in the shade. |
Nightlight is a full-flavored beer that expertly balances that richness with lightness in body to create a different type of Stout. This Dry Irish Stout may look intimidating, but after one sip, you know what's up. Representing a wide spectrum of roasted and oaky flavors, this not-too-bitter brew engages all the right senses, but leaves you with the stomach for a second round. |
Seasonal Brews
Spring(Current) SeasonalAlibi. A truly beautiful blonde. Born of a sensual blending of the German Mai Bock style and a laid-back and easy drinking American Blonde Ale. The complex and delicate melding of rich, flavorful Munich malt and the lightest flowering of hops make this already attractive brew a blonde you'll always want to pick up and rarely be without. |
Summer SeasonalEpic combines the styles of a German Helles Bock with an American IPA. The robust maltiness derived from the bock lager yeast fuses together with the liberal American-style hop character to create a truly unique style of beer. As a blonde lager, Epic delivers all the complexity that's both proportionately balanced and "perilously drinkable." |
Fall SeasonalLike its namesake, we got a little crazy in designing Hooligan. Borrowing from a strict Irish Red Ale profile, we decided to change it up and hop it like an IPA. The result is an unruly beer that trades its clean drinkability for a hoppy flavor and bitter finish. Hooligan is unfiltered and unhinged, so grab a pint and get hopped up. |
Winter SeasonalNameless winter amber is just in time for the cold Texas months. Without using any added spices or herbs, this warming ale delivers a complex and yet surprisingly smooth flavor profile. Hopped up with six different hops in all the right propotions, nameless will keep you guessing and keep you drinking all through the winter |
